Namaspa Power Yoga
classes are inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste, author of the best-selling yoga book, Journey Into Power.  Instructor Suzie Harris is an Associate Baptiste Teacher, and has trained with Baron and assisted for him at his trainings.  Whether or not you have been exposed to Baron's approach, you are sure to love the transformational power of this approach to fitness and well-being.



The focus of Power Yoga is not on creating perfect poses – in fact everyone should look different in every pose.  The focus is on creating a new, healthier relationship between you and your body, in a safe, fun way, so you can have more energy and vitality in your life, giving you the power to transform in ways you never thought possible!

Mollie Hogan is HoopDazzle.  Cupid shot the arrow through her heart and her life has since been revolutionized!
